Received my waist trainer and it was smaller. I’ve paid the exchange fee within 3 days of receiving my package I’m yet to receive either a confirmation of my exchange or exchange payment fee nor a replacement nor shipping label very unorganized and very poor customer experience. Tried multiple emails no phone number no answer. Now I’m just without a waist trainer a shipping fee and no money back or product! ♀️

I LOVE this! At first I was skeptical I could even fit into it, but the clips on the inside and the zipper are AMAZING! no rolling, helps with my back pain while lifting and only after 1 week or wearing it while working out, it is SO MUCH easier to put on. I have tried so many different brands, but this is my absolute favorite.
